Aliens are back. Or is it Aliens is back?
Either way, they’re back. I assume people are excited because in two days, the trailer already has 8.5m views.
After Prometheus, Alien: Covenant, and a false start with Neill Blomkamp, it was tough to see where the Aliens franchise was headed but it looks like 20th Century Studios are getting back to the basics. Directed by Fede Alvarez (Evil Dead, Don’t Breeathe), Aliens Romulus is a stand alone movie, set between Alien and Aliens.
I really liked Prometheus and wished they’d keep expanding the story of the Engineers, but I’m happy to be back on board steamy ships ducking face huggers.
